Pol\u00edtica de reembolso<\/h3>

Puede devolver su producto dentro de los 14 d\u00edas posteriores a su recepci\u00f3n. Los art\u00edculos deben devolverse nuevos, sin usar y en su embalaje original. Recibir\u00e1 su reembolso dentro de los diez d\u00edas posteriores a la llegada del producto a nuestro almac\u00e9n, utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago utilizado para su compra.
Los gastos de env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n y los derechos de aduana, en el caso de devoluciones internacionales, son responsabilidad del cliente.<\/p>

C\u00f3mo devolver un producto:<\/h3>

Si tiene una cuenta de usuario, puede solicitar una devoluci\u00f3n envi\u00e1ndonos un correo electr\u00f3nico a hello@revorn.art con su n\u00famero de pedido. Le enviaremos su n\u00famero de Autorizaci\u00f3n de Devoluci\u00f3n de Mercanc\u00eda (RMA) (no aceptamos devoluciones sin un n\u00famero de RMA).<\/p>

Anote la cantidad de productos que desea devolver en la columna "Cantidad de devoluci\u00f3n" de la lista de empaque original. Por favor, ind\u00edquenos el motivo de su devoluci\u00f3n. \u00a1Gracias!<\/p>

Incluya la lista de embalaje con toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria dentro del paquete de devoluci\u00f3n.
Coloque la etiqueta de devoluci\u00f3n proporcionada en el paquete, asegur\u00e1ndose de que la etiqueta de env\u00edo original ya no est\u00e9 visible.<\/p>

Lleva el paquete a la empresa de transporte de tu elecci\u00f3n y recuerda solicitar el recibo y el n\u00famero de seguimiento de tu devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>

Conserve el recibo y el n\u00famero de seguimiento para que podamos procesar su reembolso correctamente.<\/p>

Procesaremos el reembolso dentro de los diez d\u00edas siguientes a la recepci\u00f3n de su devoluci\u00f3n en nuestro almac\u00e9n.<\/p>
