You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging. You will receive your refund within ten days of the product’s arrival at our warehouse, using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Return shipping costs and customs duties, in the case of international returns, are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have a user account, you can request a return by sending us an email at hello@revorn.art with your order number. We will send you your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (we do not accept returns without an RMA number).
Write down the number of products you wish to return in the “return quantity” column of the original packing list. Please help us understand the reason for your return by indicating it. Thank you!
Include the packing list with all the necessary information inside the return package.
Attach the return label provided in the parcel, making sure the original shipping label is no longer visible.
Take the package to the shipping carrier of your choice and remember to request the receipt and tracking number for your return.
Keep the receipt and tracking number so we can process your refund correctly.
We will process the refund within ten days of receiving your return at our warehouse.
Please note that we do not offer free returns: return shipping and customs duties (if applicable) must be covered by the customer.
