Consequently, REVORN ART BCN S.L., through its website, will not assume any type of obligation or responsibility. Likewise, the User declares to be of legal age to make purchases through our website, in accordance with the applicable regulations based on their place of residence. REVORN ART BCN S.L. reserves the right to modify the content and/or scope of the General Purchase Conditions at any time without prior communication or notice. Before purchasing each product, please read its content and composition carefully, as it is the User’s responsibility to review the General Purchase Conditions before buying any product on this website. The General Contract Conditions regulate the distance-selling relationship between REVORN ART BCN S.L. and the User, in accordance with current legal provisions on distance selling, the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Data Protection, and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Through our online store at www.revorn.art: the User may purchase our products by following the purchase process. The User will receive an order confirmation by email or any other equivalent electronic communication to the address provided after placing the order. By email: you may send us an email at hello@revorn.art indicating the product reference, the desired quantity, the shipping address, and a local contact phone number. We will confirm your order by email detailing the product and the shipping costs. We will ask you to pay via bank transfer or credit card to validate your order.
REVORN ART BCN S.L. reserves the right to cancel any order if there is any anomaly in its placement or if the information provided by the buyer is incomplete or incorrect. In such a case, the User will be notified by email. Additionally, REVORN ART BCN S.L. informs you that the contract may be drawn up in Spanish or English.

Product availability at REVORN ART BCN S.L. may vary depending on user demand. Although we update our stock regularly, the requested product might be out of stock at that moment. If fulfillment is not possible due to unavailability, the User will receive an informative email. Any amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded within five days.
The price of each product will be clearly indicated in euros next to its photo or description. The price includes applicable VAT, where applicable. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees or other taxes. You may consult your local customs authority website for updated rates. REVORN ART BCN S.L. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without prior notice. The price applicable to the User’s purchase will be the one in effect at the time of accepting the General Purchase Conditions.
The User can pay for their order using any of the methods selected during the purchase process:

All our payment methods are fully secure. After payment on our e-shop, your bank details will be completely encrypted and protected by Woocommerce. These data are safeguarded from unauthorized disclosure over the Internet. REVORN ART BCN S.L. does not store any credit card information, which is entered directly into the STRIPE platform.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code matching the last three digits on the back of your card. This ensures a more secure transaction. If the charge was made fraudulently, the cardholder may request its immediate reversal. In that case, the appropriate debit and refund entries will be made as soon as possible. However, if the cardholder made the purchase and the return was not due to the right of withdrawal, they will be required to compensate REVORN ART BCN S.L. for any damages caused by the unjustified cancellation.
PayPal

Bank Transfer
You may pay by bank transfer only if placing an order by email. If selecting this option, you will receive an email with the bank details of REVORN ART BCN S.L. along with your order confirmation. When making the transfer, please include your order number, full name, and surname. The transfer must be made within three days of order confirmation. If desired, you can send confirmation of the transfer to hello@revorn.art. The order will only be considered valid once we receive the bank confirmation. Note that payment must be made in EUROS and that you are responsible for any exchange fees or bank commissions. If you’re transferring from a bank outside Spain, you must choose to cover all related fees at the origin. REVORN ART BCN S.L. will withhold shipment until full payment is received. The User is responsible for all currency conversion and bank charges.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated automatically based on the User’s order and location. The shipping amount will be clearly stated at checkout. REVORN ART BCN S.L. ships to Spain, Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Europe, and outside the European Union. Once payment has been completed and order confirmation sent, the items will be shipped to the User’s address within the following time frames:

**Please note: the buyer is responsible for paying customs duties, local taxes, or any other applicable charges. Customs delays are beyond our control and vary by country, so REVORN ART BCN S.L. accepts no liability for them.
REVORN ART BCN S.L. will not be responsible for delivery errors if the User has not filled in the form correctly. If any delivery issues arise, REVORN ART BCN S.L. will inform the User immediately.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day. If delivery fails due to the recipient’s absence, the User must contact the shipping company. The User assumes all risks once the products are delivered. In the case of returns, the User remains responsible until the goods are returned to REVORN ART BCN S.L. Once the order has been shipped, the User will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this to follow the shipment on the MailBoxes ETC website. For more information or to coordinate delivery, contact the carrier using the phone number provided in our email.
The User has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving the product. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging (boxes, bags, etc.). Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within ten days of receiving the items at our warehouse.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
If you have an account, you can request the return from your customer account under “Orders.”
If you don’t have an account, email hello@revorn.art with your order number. We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (returns without RMA will not be accepted).
Fill in the return quantity on the packing slip and indicate a reason for the return.
Include the completed packing slip in the return package.
Attach the return label and make sure the original shipping label is not visible.
Ship the item with your preferred courier and keep the return receipt and tracking number.
We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving the return.
Please note: we do not offer free returns. Return shipping and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
